Growth Readiness Assessments generally take two to four weeks of active engagement. Ambition Alignment Advisory work often spans four to eight weeks, though we tailor timelines to your specific circumstances.

We typically require a 50% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. For longer engagements, we can arrange milestone-based payment schedules. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars and subject to review annually.
